Hatching Long-Term Potential

Hatch Holdings is a 30-year partnership-in-the-making between two lifelong friends, committed to partnering with an exceptional family or founder-owned business for the next 30 years.

We are entrepreneurially-minded and operationally-focused, dedicated to taking a hands-on, low-ego approach that prioritizes retaining and elevating existing employees, while always doing the right thing.

Our Story

Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2002 with our famous Crystal Light lemonade stand on Hatch Road, which inspired our name. We even have a photo to prove it!

However, the story goes back even further. Since 1994, we’ve been close friends, competing head-to-head during summer basketball and wiffleball matchups, riding bikes together, and enjoying card games during family gatherings. That early collaboration eventually led us to launch this new venture, rooted in our lifelong friendship.

Our name, Hatch, reflects both our origins and our vision. Hatching represents more than just starting anew—it’s about preserving, nurturing, and developing what already exists. We’re committed to fostering growth while honoring the culture and history of the legacies we carry forward.
